What is the MSRA Exam?
The Multi-Specialty Recruitment Assessment (MSRA) is a computer-based exam used in the UK to assess candidates applying for various medical specialty training programmes. It consists of two parts:

Professional Dilemmas (PD) – a situational judgement test

Clinical Problem Solving (CPS) – assesses application of clinical knowledge

It’s designed to evaluate foundation-level competence and is used by specialties such as General Practice, Psychiatry, Radiology, and more.
